Prep Lab

Our weekly Prep Lab sessions for players 11–13 take your game to the next level. Focusing on shooting, ball-handling, decision-making, and athletic development, these sessions prepare athletes for the next stage while refining technique, improving basketball IQ, and building confidence on and off the court.
