Evolve 3v3 League

Evolve 3v3 League is a short-season, development-focused Friday night competition designed to give young players more game experience, confidence, and decision-making in a supportive environment.

This league is ideal for players who:

• Missed out on rep or are developing toward it
• Want more game reps outside of club training
• Enjoy competitive basketball without high pressure

Why 3v3?

• More touches per player
• Faster decisions and improved spacing

• Less standing around, more involvement

Season length: 9 weeks

Game night: Friday nights

Format: 3v3 | Half-court | Coach-facilitated

Games: Each player plays 2 short games per night

Ages:

9-12 Year olds

Players register individually. Teams are balanced by Evolve coaches based on age, size, and skill level to ensure fair and enjoyable competition.

Example Friday night flow:

• 6:30pm Arrival & warm-up
• Short coaching focus (10mins)
• Game 1
• Game 2
• Wrap-up & reflection. Done by 7:30pm. 

Every Friday night includes:

• A clear teaching focus
• In-game coaching and feedback

Emphasis on:

• Decision-making
• Teamwork
• Confidence
• Effort and attitude

Games are overseen by Evolve coaches to ensure a positive, safe, and encouraging environment where players can learn and compete.

This is development with competition, not just a social comp.
